⚙️ 어떻게 골라내나? — 원심분리기!
분리 방법
① 기체로! UF₆ 기체 (우라늄+불소) ① 고속 회전! 무거운 U-238 → 바깥 가벼운 U-235 → 가운데 버리는 쪽 U-238 많음 사용하는 쪽 U-235 조금 ↑ 한 번 통과 = 약 0.1%p 상승 → 수천 번 반복 필요!
⚙️ 원심분리기 원리

U-235와 U-238은 생긴 건 똑같은데 무게(질량)가 아주 조금 달라요. 이 차이를 이용해서 분리해요.

① 기체로 만들기
우라늄을 불소와 섞어서 육불화우라늄(UF₆) 기체로 만들어요. 기체 상태여야 원심분리기에 넣을 수 있어요.

② 원심분리기에 넣고 초고속 회전
세탁기 탈수처럼 빙빙 돌리면, 무거운 U-238은 바깥쪽 벽으로 밀리고, 가벼운 U-235는 가운데에 모여요.

③ 가운데만 뽑아서 다음으로
U-235가 조금 더 많아진 가운데 부분만 다음 원심분리기로 보내요.

한 번 통과하면 농축도가 약 0.1%p 정도 올라가요. 그래서 수천 번 반복해야 해요!
